Description | Face A : A g., sous l'anse, un bateau (ARGO?) à l'ancre dont on voit la poupe décorée d'une bandelette et d'une couronne. A son bord se trouve une jeune FEMME (MEDEE ou ARIANE) vêtue d'un chiton qui tient une échelle qu'un HOMME (JASON ou THESEE), portant une chlamyde et un pétase, un bandeau dans les cheveux, l'épée au côté, deux lances de la main g., s'apprête à gravir. Sous le bateau, corps d'un personnage (on ne voit que la tête, le torse et le bras dr.) : APSYRTOS ou le MINOTAURE. Au-dessus de "JASON", un COMPAGNON (bandeau, manteau) regarde vers ATHENA (casque, péplos, himation, égide avec gorgonéion, collier). Appuyée à sa lance de la main g., elle converse avec un HOMME âgé (cheveux blancs, chiton, himation) qui tient un sceptre : AIETES (ou MINOS ou EGEE?). Derrière lui, une femme vêtue d'un chiton et d'un himation, dans une attitude pensive (EIDYIA, PASIPHAE ou MEDEE?) |
