Autocomplétion
La plupart des champs proposent une liste de termes ou de phrases contenant les caractères saisis. La requête peut être lancée en sélectionnant l'un des termes proposés, ou surla chaîne de caractères saisie, même incomplète.
Thésaurus TheA
Le thésaurus multilingue TheA (Thésaurus sur l'Antiquité), élaboré depuis 1980 par l'équipe du LIMC, est associé au système de recherche.
Il permet d'effectuer des recherches sur des synonymes (Odysseus pour Ulysse), des graphies différentes (Herakles pour Héraclès), ou encore sur des notions de catégorie (pierre pour marbre + calcaire, etc. ; Grèce pour Attique > Athènes, etc.).
La recherche porte sur les références au LIMC (nom de l'article, associé ou pas à un n° de catalogue de cet article) ou sur la publication concernée par la notice bibliographique (auteur, titre, année).
Le "panier" permet de mémoriser des objets, des iconographies et des témoignages (jusqu'à 50 références mémorisées).
